We design and create racks for the automotive industry, seeking to optimize space, ensuring functionality, ergonomics and protection of car parts. We use fitting materials stablished by the Finite Element Analysis in SOLID WORKS.
We are able to massively produce any metallic structure through automated processes: More than 100 racks weekly, thanks to our highly-trained welding staff, avoiding rework and allowing us to reduce manufacturing times.
We create a model for each part of the racks with the support of tools such as SOLID WORKS. This is how we optimize the production programme, which translates into savings for our customers.
